Feathers - Wonderwords Personalised Poems

Way back when I was still at school, one of my very favourite poems was “Cargoes” by John Masefield – I was captivated by the descriptive language, and the delightful sound of it when it was read out loud.

So today, I’ve written a little poem in the same vein, with birds as the subject – here is “Feathers” – I hope you like it!
