Your Wonderwords Questionnaire: Pets

Hi – thank you SO much for ordering your very own personalised pet poem – the fun starts here!

To make your poem the very best it can be, I’ll need some background information – so I’ve included some questions for you.  I DO need your name, email address and the date you need your poem by, but feel free to add in as much other information as you wish –  these questions are just prompts.

And remember, all your information is safe – no-one will see it except me, and I won’t keep it after your poem has been written.  So, grab a cup of tea, and let’s get started!
